I wish upon the brightest star
To light the night with wonders of heart
Even in the darkest of hour
A blooming flower shines the colour
For this feeling of hurt inside
Seems to be a neverending story
Covered by the mist so white
I wonder why it loses its glory
Never again, never will
He says with all his willing
Not that I want you still
Take a step and find your healing
Then I wish upon the sun
To chase away that gloomy shine
Just a warmth of touch by one
Let me find this love again..

Everyday you put on a happy face
Going through the day as any other days
But deep inside no one can tell
A storm is rampaging its way
You hope for love that is no longer there
Holding back every tear
You wish for someone to hold you near
Fulfilling your every need
When finally that someone meets your path
Your days are lighted up again
But then you turn your back
And reflect your every doing
It feels so right but yet so wrong
You wonder why can't you deserve
That someone who cares for you
And fill your life with love
Wishing again the love you had
Mirroring he who cares
But love still drifts away
In his own circle of trail
Leaving you confused
In an emotional roller-coaster ride

I miss the days of our first few hellos
When words were as sweet as innocence
Whisking me away from a deepening sorrow
Lifting my spirits to the path of sweetness
I miss when love was a blooming flower
Enticing me with thoughtful gestures
How I wish it could be forever
You by my side and leave me never
Ignite my senses with your touch
Unending flow of love that shows
Pouring my heart out while missing you much
